Master Data Management Expert
As a Master Data Management Expert you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data accross our systems. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving data quality standards and practices, working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality data that supports business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Quality Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor data quality across various databases and data sources to identify and rectify inconsistencies or errors.
Data Validation & Cleansing: Develop and execute data validation and cleansing processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Data Quality Metrics: Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for data quality, such as completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
Collaboration: Work with data analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure data quality requirements are met and maintained.
Issue Resolution: Identify data quality issues, investigate root causes, and develop corrective actions to resolve data discrepancies.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of data quality processes, standards, and improvement initiatives.
Data Quality Tools & Techniques: Utilize data quality tools and software to automate data cleansing and validation processes.
Requirements
University degree
Minimum 3-4 years of work experience, minimum 1-2 years on relevant area (e.g. data quality role, data analyst, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess data quality issues and propose solutions, meticulous approach to data analysis, ensuring high standards of accuracy and precision

Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices
Advanced level in MS Office/O365, data quality tools and SQL
Advanced presentation, verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian and English
Driving licence (B)
