About this role
- Process family law related requests and transactions in line with legislative requirements, fund procedures and service standards.
- Manage inbound correspondence, emails and information requests within agreed timeframes.
- Handle family law matters including information requests, procedural fairness processes and payment split implementation following receipt of final agreements or court orders.
- Deliver high-quality service to members, legal representatives, trustees and other stakeholders through written and verbal communication.
- Review and validate information to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance while minimising rework and risk.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries and progress matters efficiently.
- Contribute to reporting activities and administrative support as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service delivery and increase operational efficiency.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when processing information.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks through to completion.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in administration, customer service or operational processing environments would be highly regarded.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- An understanding of confidentiality and the importance of handling sensitive information appropriately.
