Role Overview
We are seeking a Team Lead, Systems Engineering (m/f/d) to lead a team of OT Systems Engineers working across navigation systems, automation systems, OT networks, and cyber security.
In this role, you will be accountable for your team's performance and the quality of its deliveries. You will plan and coordinate team activities in close collaboration with Project Managers, ensuring work is completed on time and to the agreed standard, while supporting the development of the engineers who report to you.
The role combines people leadership with technical involvement. You will stay close enough to the work to support your team on technical solutions and to represent engineering in customer discussions when needed.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Team Lead, Systems Engineering (m/f/d) to lead a team of OT Systems Engineers working across navigation systems, automation systems, OT networks, and cyber security.

You will plan and coordinate team activities in close collaboration with Project Managers, ensuring work is completed on time and to the agreed standard, while supporting the development of the engineers who report to you.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and support a multidisciplinary team of OT Systems Engineers
- Plan and execute team activities in close collaboration with Project Managers
- Ensure planned activities are completed on schedule and to the agreed quality standard
- Take accountability for team performance and the quality of team deliveries
- Support your team with technical solutions where needed
- Represent the team in customer meetings as required
- Coordinate resourcing and workload across navigation, automation, OT network, and cyber security disciplines
- Foster a collaborative, safety-conscious, and continuous improvement mindset within the team
Key Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in a relevant field such as Electrical, Electronic, or Software Engineering, with a focus on OT systems
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the marine or OT industry preferred
- Experience leading, coordinating, or mentoring a technical team
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a systematic and team-focused approach to work
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally
