About this role
NPS Tree Experts is looking for an experienced Traveling Grapple Operator to join one of our national crews.
Requirements:
• Clean CDL (Required)
• Prior grapple truck experience (Required)
• Must be able to perform daily truck and grapple maintenance, including greasing equipment
• Mechanical knowledge, including changing hydraulic hoses
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission
• Willingness to travel extensively
Travel Schedule:
• Typically 3–4 weeks on the road followed by 7–10 days off
Benefits & Compensation:
• Competitive pay starting at $30+/hr+ depending on experience
• $50/day per diem while traveling
• Hotel accommodations paid by NPS
• PTO begins accruing on day one
