About this role

MISSION: working together as part of the local Management Team, reporting to VP P&C Spain, the Head of P&C Function Local acts as an operational partner for the local functional management including life cycle execution.

You would work closely with local management, as well as other local & global P&C counterparts to ensure local P&C processes in alignment with global P&C guidelines. Your role would be to add value to the local functional success

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Lead a team of P&C Business Partners & P&C Administrators in a large country
  • Oversee the entire employee life cycle and talent management processes in a big country, and ensure alignment with overall business and global P&C strategy
  • Act as a business partner and consultant to the local Management for all P&C related topics, providing guidance and support on a range of overall P&C issues, including Organizational Design and Development, Personnel Planning/Budget, Change Mgmt., Compensation Management, Talent management and Employee engagement
  • Cooperates with global P&C business partners in international contexts to accompany and implement organizational changes, as well as participate in strategic global P&C projects
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in the function and provide local expertise to business and P&C counterparts
  • Ensure that all global P&C strategies and policies are consistently implemented across their areas of responsibility

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree or Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Labour Relations or a related field preferred
  • English level: C1
  • Ms Office: advanced
  • Leadership, Communication, Proactivity, Result-orientation, Planning and Organization skills
  • At least 15 years of experience as HRBP in multinational companies (renewable energy companies would be an added value)
