Working Foreman

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Lead and manage bonding operator during spool fabrication to ensure daily target and quality requirement are met.
2. Assist senior or lead operators, set up tools, load/unload materials, and keep equipment in optimal working order
3. Able to interpret spool drawing and material list to guide accurate fabrication.
4. Identify, report and resolve technical issue during fabrication process including drawing issue and discrepancies
5. Monitor daily production progress and provide any relevant report that assign to ensure bonder meet output requirement
6. Able to perform and provide guidance during the whole process of spool assembly.
7. Follow company HSE procedures, immediately report hazards, accidents, or near-misses.
8. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at the end of every shift.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. The candidate must have minimum High school certificate or equivalent.
2. 3-5 year on spooling fabrication experience.
3. Proficient in English with verbal and written communication skills.
4. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
5. Physically fit: able to stand for extended periods and safely lift heavy objects.
