Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical and educational expertise specific to permanent pacemaker technology and function
  • Reviews remote pacemaker transmissions across all CRM vendors . While providing patients and healthcare professionals with the highest level of service possible
  • Provides troubleshooting support for pacemaker-specific transmission and connectivity issues as needed
  • Maintains appropriate documentation of pacer transmission reviews and clinical findings
  • Utilizes and maintains internal software platforms for pacer transmission workflow
  • Assists with onboarding of new pacer clinic customers, including go-live support and transition of existing patients to remote pacer monitoring
  • Partners with other employees to understand pacer-specific market and customer dynamics
  • Maintains overall understanding of the competitive landscape for pacemaker technology
  • Stays current with all new pacemaker CRM products and firmware/software updates
  • Completes all assigned pacer transmission reviews and tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintains necessary credentials relevant to pacemaker device interrogation and remote monitoring .

Education and Preferred Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years of work experience in healthcare
  • Certified Cardiographic Technician certification (CCT)
  • Extensive understanding of medical terminology
  • Outstanding work ethic and customer service skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and other basic computer applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
