Description
As a Working Student – Project Manager Support (m/f/x), you will support strategic, company-wide projects and initiatives at osapiens. Working closely with our Project Management Officer, you help drive these projects forward - conducting research and analysis, and preparing materials that support decision-making across the organization, working closely with Product Content and other departments along the way.

This role gives you the chance to work on projects that directly influence how osapiens evolves, using modern tools (including AI) to move fast and stay ahead.
Your Responsibilities
- Project Support: Provide day-to-day project support on strategic company-wide projects and initiatives.
- Regulatory Analysis: Analyze arising regulations that shape our product catalogue.
- Documentation & Presentations: Prepare presentations and process documentation, using modern AI tools to accelerate workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Content, and other departments on shared projects.
Your Experience
- Academic Background: Currently enrolled in a Master's program, ideally combining business and technology disciplines such as Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong research capabilities with the ability to quickly understand ESG regulations and legislative processes.
- Tools & Data: Comfortable working with Claude, PowerPoint, Excel and able to quickly learn and use new software and technologies.
- Curiosity & Ownership: Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to independently solve problems and uncover insights.
- Language & Location: Fluent in English and German is mandatory, with the ability to come into our Mannheim office regularly.
- Prior practical experience (internship, working student role, or similar) in an IT / software environment is a plus.
