About this role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative with 1-3 years of experience to own top-of-funnel pipeline building for one of the fastest-growing AI startups in San Francisco. You'll be the engine behind Paradigm's outbound motion — relentlessly booking qualified meetings with enterprise and commercial buyers across finance, go-to-market teams, and beyond. This is a founding growth hire where you'll build and iterate on outbound systems, not just follow a playbook. You'll join a 21-person, YC-backed team with $7M+ from General Catalyst right before the Series A inflection point. If you're hungry, competitive, and want massive ownership at a breakout company, this is your role.
What will you be doing?
Build and execute Paradigm's outbound engine — cold outreach, cold calling, and signal-based prospecting to book qualified meetings for the sales team
Identify and engage hard-to-reach buyers across target verticals including finance (PE firms, investment banks) and go-to-market / RevOps teams
Mine Paradigm's thousands of self-serve users to surface enterprise conversion opportunities and turn warm signals into booked demos
Attend conferences and events as a representative of Paradigm to generate pipeline and build relationships with prospects
Develop strategic insights on ideal buyer personas and outbound channels, iterating on what works to build a repeatable, scalable pipeline machine
