Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Payroll Senior Analyst for US is responsible for overseeing and providing guidance/support to the end-to-end payroll process for the organization´s business partners assigned within their Region & Market of coverage. This includes ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining compliance with Pay Policies & Practices, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries or issues. The role involves generating trust and strong business relationships with the Sector, analyzing payroll data, implementing improvements to payroll procedures, and collaborating with HR and Operational teams to ensure alignment with organizational policies and objectives.
Your Impact
As a Payroll Senior Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
- Guarantee execution of US portfolio services focused on Sales and Service Ops.
- Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreement timing and delivery while working on process improvements and time optimizations.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of PepsiCo's US business policies to enhance business processes.
- Leverage technology to optimize payroll efficiency.
- Responsible for proper escalation of daily resolution issues and ultimate escalation point person.
- Partner with cross-functional areas to ensure proper execution of Payroll processes:
- Receive requests from the field and validate fulfillment requirements
- Ensure payroll data is captured in required payroll systems for successful processing.
- Ensure payroll meets operational controls
- Monitor ticket reception and release, ensuring SLA compliance
- Generate and review payroll reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve payroll efficiency and accuracy.
- Act as point person for any payroll discrepancies, inquiries, disruptions, and provide resolution.
- Manage and transact against payroll requests submitted through the appropriate ticketing system (MyServices)
- Upload, organize and ensure supporting documentation and payroll reports/approvals are available on TEAMS channels, adhering to Control requirements.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Related Field
Experience
- Customer-focused, adaptable, strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Strong English oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to analyze payroll data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve processes and resolve issues.
- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, maintaining organized and accurate responses to our clients.
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance processes
- Functional knowledge of human resources processes (desirable)
- Strong knowledge in continuous process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma / TOC, etc.) (desirable)
- Experience in transformation projects that involve new technologies implementation (desirable)
