- AI & Digital Agent Development Intern
- To support the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions and digital agents, enhancing automation, decision-making, and productivity across portfolio, product management, and reporting processes.
- Support design and development of AI agents / copilots for business use cases (e.g., reporting, portfolio insights, automation workflows)
- Assist in identifying and prioritising AI use cases aligned with business needs and value creation opportunities
- Support integration of AI solutions into:
- Dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
- Workflow tools (e.g., Power Platform, SharePoint)
- Assist in training AI models or configuring AI tools (where applicable)
- Support testing (UAT), validation, and improvement of AI solutions to ensure accuracy and usability
- Document AI use cases, workflows, and user guidelines for scalability and adoption
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are aligned with product objectives and value delivery
Undergraduate in Computer Science / AI / Data Science / Software Engineering or related field - Basic understanding of AI / Machine Learning / Automation concepts
- Familiar with tools/platforms such as:
- Python / APIs (basic)
- Power Platform / Copilot Studio (advantage)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to experiment
- Demonstrates ownership, curiosity, and adaptability
