Internship for Health, Safety & Environment, ASEAN Bintulu Fertilizer Sdn. Bhd., Bintulu, Sarawak

Job Description:

1. Plan, coordinate and execute Process Safety programs and initiatives, as well as analyze and develop intervention with respect to process safety culture gaps, to promote and influence continuous improvement and institutionalization of Process Safety leadership and culture among all level of staff and contractors.
2. Plan, coordinate and lead or participate in Process Hazards Analysis (PHA) (i.e. Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP), Hazard Identification (HAZID), Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA)) by ascertaining complete and accurate written information on process materials/chemicals, process technology, and process equipment
   in order to effectively identify and control risks, as well as recommend the mitigation plans for reducing Process Safety risks to prevent Major Accident Hazard (MAH).
3. Plan, coordinate and implement Process Safety assurance programs to identify common issues and propose system level interventions. Analyze the assuranc efindings and provid erecommendations to continually improve the level of Process Safety.
