What You’ll Do

• Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to produce high-quality products
• Perform setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• Conduct quality checks and accurately complete production documentation
• Follow all safety, quality, and standard work procedures
• Work closely with teammates, maintenance, and supervisors to meet production goals
• Help identify improvements to make processes safer and more efficient

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a machine or equipment operator preferred (we will train the right candidate)
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability
• Ability to stand, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment

Bonus Points If You Have

• Manufacturing or production experience
• Experience with preventive maintenance or quality checks
• A strong work ethic and a desire to grow your skills

12 hour rotating Shift (2-2-3) 5:45-6:00

Week 1 = Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat
Week 2 = Sun, Wed, Thur

Week 1 = 49 hours
Week 2 = 36.75 hours
