Job Title:    Business Development Manager – In China for China Product Manager

Location:     Shanghai/Beijing

Employment Type:   Full-time

Job Summary:

As Business Development Manager, target is to drive growth efforts in assigned segment applications or product category. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with segment key accounts and identifying opportunities that support sustainable, long-term growth. In this role, you’ll work closely with marketing, AE, sales teams to create solutions that make a real impact. Performance will be measured by order/POS result in assigned segment.

Responsibilities：

  • Identify new business opportunities in assigned segments and develop growth initiatives in segments/Product category.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for researching market trends, understanding industry shifts, and identifying opportunities for growth. This involves analyzing segment customer workflow, eco-system and customer pain-point to identify TAM/SAM, competition and develop value proposition of our solution.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in segment.
  • Work together with sales, marketing and AE teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Ensure the progress of business initiatives through daily management.
  • Deep understanding of technology trend in segment and our product/solution offering and collaborate with product line/solution team to feedback customer demand.

Qualifications:

•      Degree in Electronic Engineering.

  •  Product management skill and experience. 

•      At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales in T&M, Semicon.

•      Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

•      A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
