About this role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with 5+ years of experience to own and scale technical hiring at a global healthcare venture firm that is going all-in on AI. You'll be the dedicated technical recruiting expert on a lean talent team, partnering directly with leadership to hire applied AI engineers, technology leaders, and product designers — while also building a connected ecosystem of top technical talent across Redesign Health's portfolio.
What will you be doing?
Running full-cycle recruiting for ~6 immediate technical hires including Applied AI Engineers, a Director of Technology, and a Director of Product Design
Sourcing and engaging highly competitive AI and engineering talent through creative outreach — this is not a high-inbound environment
Building AI-powered recruiting workflows and leveraging tools like Juice Box, Ashby, and agentic sourcing to maximize your own productivity
Developing a talent ecosystem of senior technologists and potential founding CTOs/technical leaders that can plug into portfolio companies
Partnering with the Head of Technology and senior stakeholders to shape hiring processes, org design, and talent strategy for upcoming strategic initiatives
Key Requirements
4+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally at a tech/AI startup (seed to Series C) where you had to be scrappy and build from the ground up
Full-desk recruiter comfortable owning everything from top-of-funnel sourcing to offer close — not someone who relies on heavy inbound
Demonstrated AI fluency — actively building your own workflows using tools like Claude, Cursor, or agentic AI for sourcing and recruiting tasks
Strong communication skills and executive presence to build credibility with a highly technical team (think Harvard-educated engineers and senior technologists)
Blend of agency + in-house experience is a plus; must be a builder who thrives in ambiguity and moves with urgency
