About this role
About REVEL
REVEL is an AI robotics company developing physical intelligence for general-purpose humanoid robots. We capture the force, dexterity and intent of human work with our Neural Gambit wearable, and use it to train RAI, the intelligence that powers our robots. REVEL is headquartered in Palo Alto, California, with R&D and engineering facilities in Prague and Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. This role is on-site with our engineering team in the Czech Republic.
THE ROLE
You will work closely with REVEL’s Head of Marketing to plan and produce the company’s day-to-day content. The Head of Marketing will set the broader marketing strategy and priorities. Within that direction, you will have room to propose ideas, lead individual content projects and make day-to-day creative decisions.
This is a collaborative, hands-on role for someone who enjoys moving between ideas and execution – and who is equally comfortable writing a strong post, filming in the robot lab or making sure everything gets published on time.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Plan and maintain the content calendar together with the Head of Marketing.
Find strong stories by spending time with our founders, engineers and robotics team.
Write and edit social posts, video concepts, scripts, company updates and longer-form content.
Capture and edit fast-moving content using tools such as Edits, CapCut or Canva.
Take individual content projects from brief to publication.
Adapt larger stories into platform-native content for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
Coordinate shoots and production details with editors, videographers, designers and other contributors.
Review performance, suggest improvements and keep footage and creative assets organized for future use.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of relevant professional experience
First and foremost, you are a great human to work with: thoughtful, dependable and someone who brings good energy to the team. You notice what needs doing, take initiative and help move things forward.
A strong portfolio of content you personally helped create.
Excellent English writing and editing skills, Czech is a plus.
Hands-on experience creating content or working with social media from idea through publication.
The curiosity to understand technical subjects, ask useful questions and explain them clearly.
Familiarity with how content works across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
Basic filming and editing skills using Edits, CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
Strong organization, openness to feedback and the ability to work from our Prague office.
BONUS POINTS, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
Experience with robotics, AI, engineering or another technical industry.
Experience with personal branding, ghostwriting or founder-led content.
Experience producing short- or long-form video.
Experience contributing to a recurring content series or growing an audience.
Familiarity with professional tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Figma.
You do not need to arrive knowing everything about robotics. You do need to be curious enough to learn, comfortable enough to ask engineers questions and careful enough to get the details right.
WHAT WE OFFER
A close creative partnership with the Head of Marketing.
Meaningful responsibility and space to bring your own ideas to the table.
Direct access to founders, engineers, robots and the work happening inside our lab.
The opportunity to help shape an ambitious robotics brand while the company and its audience are still growing.
Short decision paths and the ability to move from idea to publication quickly.
Room to develop your skills and take on broader responsibility as the marketing team grows.
The equipment, software and creative support needed to do the job well.
Competitive compensation based on experience.
Bonuses
Work That Ships: We capture how skilled humans work, their force, touch and judgment, and our robots do the work. You put robots on a paying customer's floor, not in a demo loop
The Team: Colleagues from NVIDIA, SpaceX and Neura Robotics, and founders you work with directly. No layers, no process between you and the decisions
Equity for Key Roles: For select positions, meaningful stock options mean you're not just working here, you own a piece of the outcome
Salary and Quarterly Bonus: Strong base pay plus a quarterly bonus, in a city where it goes further
Unlimited Paid Time Off: Real flexibility to take time away when you need it. We trust our people to own their work, their time and their results
Your Own Hardware: A top-spec GPU workstation, cluster access, and hands-on time with the robots you're building. Not a software sandbox
Keep Learning: Conference budget for select roles (GTC, CoRL, ICRA), and room to publish and contribute to open source where our IP allows
Prague, On-Site: Robots need hands, so we work together in our Prague lab. Moving here? We sponsor your work visa and cover relocation
Health and Fitness: Multisport card (from December 2026), extra paid sick days, and an employer pension contribution
Lunch, On Us: Complimentary lunch every working day, plus coffee, snacks and drinks whenever you need a boost
