SCA Electronics Tech Maint II

SAIC is seeking an Electronics Technician II  for our customer site in North Charleston, SC to support the US Navy to install cable, mounting kits and other equipment in radio rooms of new construction submarines.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Work with others who prepare design drawings and assist with the design, evaluation, and/or modification of machinery and equipment.
• Integrate and fabricate cables.
   

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. Will accept experience in lieu of a degree.

Experience: Three (3) years of professional experience with design, develop, test, and supervise the manufacturing/integration of electrical and electronic equipment, to include: Systems/Equipment Support, and Test and Evaluation support of C4ISR or similar requirements.

Specific Experience: One (1) year of technical experience in support of C4ISR systems, C4ISR land-based vehicular platforms or related C4ISR systems/subsystems, to include: Systems/Equipment Support and Test & Evaluation support of C4ISR requirements. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

• Must be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required prior to hire, SAIC will help to obtain.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
