Vi söker en Tender Engineer till vårt dynamiska internationella Tendering-team som stöttar våra sälj- och operativa team inom Global Services.

 

I rollen arbetar du med att ta fram anbud för utvalda projektmöjligheter och säkerställer att erbjudandet i våra anbud möter kundens krav och speglar Schneider Electrics erbjudande. Du samarbetar med kollegor inom olika tekniska och kommersiella funktioner, projektledare och interna intressenter för att leverera kvalitativa och kundanpassade anbud. Din placeringsort är Stockholm, Göteborg eller Lund.

 

Som en del av vårt nordiska Tendering-team arbetar du tillsammans med fyra Tender Engineers och en chef med ansvar för Norden och Baltikum. Du blir den svensktalande medlemmen med särskilt ansvar för svenska anbud och relaterad kommunikation, samtidigt som du bidrar till affärsmöjligheter i hela regionen.

Vad kommer du att arbeta med?

• Analysera kundförfrågningar och krav samt ta fram tekniskt kommersiella anbud, inklusive kostnadsberäkningar, prissättning och bedömning av kommersiella risker.
• Säkerställa att anbuden är i linje med Schneider Electrics erbjudande och kundernas förväntningar.
• Bidra till att utforma anbudsdokumentation som tydligt lyfter fram värdet i Schneider Electrics erbjudande.
• Arbeta enligt etablerade processer för anbudsgenomgång och kvalitetsgranskning.
• Samarbeta nära säljorganisationen, projektledare och tekniska experter genom hela anbudsprocessen.

Vi tror att du har

• Bakgrund inom elkraft, eldistribution, automation eller teknisk försäljning genom utbildning och/eller erfarenhet.
• Erfarenhet av anbudsarbete är meriterande.
• Erfarenhet från projektleveranser eller kommersiella roller är också värdefull.
• Förmåga att förstå kundens behov och samtidigt ta hänsyn till affärsmässiga mål.
• God samarbetsförmåga och stark kommunikativ förmåga.
• Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

 

Rollen passar dig med bakgrund inom elkraft, eldistribution, automation eller teknisk försäljning. Även du som har en teknikerbakgrund och vill ta nästa steg mot anbuds- eller projektrelaterade roller kan vara rätt person för tjänsten. Erfarenhet av anbudsarbete är meriterande men inget krav. Erfarenhet från projektleveranser eller kommersiella roller är också mycket relevant.
