Position Summary:

As Management Systems Specialist, you will play a leading role in our company’s positive culture by helping us create an effective organization as the automotive industry moves toward an electric future. The Management Systems Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting raw data into meaningful statistics, information, and reports using analytical skills and business intelligence tools. This position will also be responsible for developing presentation materials using software such as MS PowerPoint. Additional responsibilities include ordering and managing consumable materials and performing various administrative tasks to support the Strategic Resource Operations team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with SRO team members to complete and distribute daily, weekly and monthly department reports ranging from safety, quality, and KPIs.
  • Maintain the SRO team calendar for meetings, training, time off, team building activities and other events.
  • Work as a communication bridge between SRO and other departments to liaise, negotiate and continually improve communication channels and data quality.
  • Responsible for reviewing, scheduling and tracking employee training requirements for the SRO team.
  • Execute data analysis tasks using MS Excel, Power BI, Python, Tableau or other relevant analytic tools for more informed decisions.
  • Order department consumable materials and ensure timely receipt of material in SPE systems.
  • Ensure compliance with the requirements of the quality management system and regulations.
  • Oversee controlled documents for SRO team and update as needed.
  • Support the SRO planning and logistics teams as a backup when required.
  • Perform other position related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

Basic:

  • Minimum Age: 18 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • While travel is unlikely, the ideal candidate will be able to travel, with reasonable prior notice as required (domestic and/or international)
  • Ability to work any shift, overtime, weekends, or holidays as required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar position
  • Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various level of employees within all areas of the organization including hourly employees to Senior Leadership
  • Ability to build effective cross functional relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to deliver results on Key Performance Indicators
  • Demonstrated technical problem-solving ability
  • Strong understanding of the systems and procedures related to production control, supply chain or material handling
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual English / Korean

Preferred:

  • Extensive knowledge in data analytics utilizing software like MS Excel, Power BI, Python, and Tableau.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to sit, walk and stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work around the potential exposure to dust and chemicals
  • Ability to wear appropriate PPE as deemed essential for the job function
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
