About the Role

 

We are offering an opportunity within our People Operations team for curious and eager-to-learn individuals. As a Senior People Operations Associate, you will gain practical exposure to the day-to-day operational side of the Care people team from maintaining employee records and supporting onboarding activities to managing payroll operations and all its related processes.

 

Responsibilities

• End to end management of employees on-boarding and off-boarding and ensuring compliance.
• Job and Personal Information changes.
• Ensure compliant processes are followed in maintaining organization change, following the right country policies and documentations.
• Adhering to organization changes related to Job details and org management changes.
• Responsible for managing HRIS and reflecting all organization change accurately and in a timely manner.
• Headcount reporting.
• Management of the ticketing system and ensure accomplishment of SLAs and quality targets.
• Payroll processing

 

Your expertise

Education

•   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Skills & Attributes

•   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions carefully.
•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
•   Proven experience in HRIS and payroll management
