• Responsible for acknowledging shipment to respective Client’s as described in study plan.
• Responsible for providing on time reports to both Internal / External Clients as and when.
• Responsible for arranging, monitoring and facilitating site to site transfer as per Clients expectations.
• Responsible for Receipt, distribution and return shipment to FCS facility as per Client expectations.
• Responsible to maintain appropriate documentation for every activity involved in Receipt, Distribution and Return shipments as per SOPs.
• Responsible to maintain records of Receipt, Distribution and return shipments in GPM and CT WIN system as per set procedures and maintenance of the same as per physical inventory.
• Responsible for on timely submission of disposition reports to respective Clients on time and providing and maintaining Destruction certificates upon destruction accordingly.
• Responsible for responding / updating Clients on respective communication within 24 hrs.
• Responsible for preparing and maintaining documentation for Receipt, Distribution and destruction as per Local and Study Protocol wise.
• Responsible for Archiving of documents of Receipt, Distribution and return & destructions as per demanded procedure and nomenclature.
• To maintain all receipt acknowledgement by investigator for all shipment made from FCS facility and update / maintain the report as described in study plan.
• Responsible for Project Specific activities.
• Responsible for performing cross functional department activity subject to clearance of job specific training.

Education: B Pharm, B SC, MSC.M COM, B COM, MBA, BBA
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Education: As per Above

Experience:
Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field
Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers, forklifts)
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
