About the Role
Hello, SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based position in Parker, CO. You'll support an early childhood caseload, helping young learners build foundational communication skills during a critical stage of development. This is an excellent opportunity for SLPs who are passionate about working with young children, as well as Clinical Fellows (CFs) looking for mentorship, collaboration, and meaningful work in early childhood education.

What You'll Do
Provide speech-language therapy services to an early childhood caseload
Help young students develop foundational speech, language, and communication skills
Conduct speech and language assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
Develop, write, and implement IEP goals and individualized therapy plans
Write IEPs and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
Administer evaluations to determine eligibility for initial and continuing special education services
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams
Partner with teachers and families to support communication skill development across settings
Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Perform additional school-based duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
Passion for supporting young children and early communication development
Strong communication and collaboration skills
School-based experience preferred, not required
