Our Graduate Programme – Starting September 2026

1 Position has opened - 1 x Legal & Reg

Our two-year Graduate Programme is designed for diverse, high-potential graduates with a growth mindset and curiosity to learn fast in a changing world. You’ll join a multi-skilled squad, working together and individually on real business projects. Our goal is to build the right skills for the right roles through project-based learning and agile delivery, all while contributing fresh thinking to the business.

Enterprise Agile at Three

How You’ll Learn & Grow

• Tailored learning – agile certifications, technical and leadership development.
• Cohort-wide challenges – solve live business problems as a Graduate Squad.
• You’ll develop skills in Agile frameworks, team facilitation, data-informed decision-making, and digital collaboration tools like Jira, and Confluence.

Who We’re Looking For
For this role you’ll also need to be:

Graduating this year, or have graduated within the last 2 years.

A degree in Business, Marketing, Legal & Reg are welcome, but mindset matters most, all disciplines are welcome to apply. However, this role is best suited to those with an interest in legal and regulatory issues

• Passionate about growing your career in legal and regulatory
• Good communications skills including written communications
• Ability to meet deadlines and be a team player
• Able to demonstrate the legal right to work in Ireland
