About the role
We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Junior HR Administration & Operations Specialist to support daily HR and office operations in our Munich office. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their HR career who enjoys administrative work, communication in an international environment and close cooperation with both local and global teams.
What you’ll do
- Support daily HR administrative tasks and employee coordination
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation and internal trackers
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding administration
- Prepare HR-related documents, confirmations and standard communication
- Support payroll preparation and collect relevant payroll information
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers and HR partners
- Assist with office management, travel coordination and operational support
- Track invoices, timesheets and administrative deadlines
- Support employee requests and internal follow-up communication
- Maintain compliance-related and organizational documentation
- Support communication and coordination with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and international teams
