About this role
Staffing AI
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own and evolve the staffing product at the centre of Traba's marketplace. You will work across both sides: the enterprise customers who run distribution centres and manufacturing lines, and the workers whose trust and reliability are what those customers are actually buying.
You will collaborate with engineers, designers, data analysts, and other PMs, and work closely with our operations and field teams to design and ship practical solutions into industrial facilities.
This role reports directly to our VP of Product.
What You Will Do
Own product strategy across our core staffing and marketplace workflows.
Solve complex marketplace problems by balancing customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes.
Write detailed product requirements and partner closely with engineering to execute them.
Build systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfilment, matching quality, and operational efficiency.
Use data to uncover patterns and answer critical marketplace and customer questions.
Design internal tooling and technical solutions that scale our operations.
Launch and iterate products across customers, regions, and operational environments.
Communicate complex ideas clearly – from systems and workflows to operational models and product strategy – across all levels of the organisation.
AI Agents (Neo AI)
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join as a founding member of the Agents team and help build the next layer of Traba's product: an agentic platform that synthesises the data flowing through our marketplace and operates autonomously inside our customers' supply chain workflows. You will embed deeply in our customers' operations, and design and ship production agents that understand context, reason through ambiguity, make decisions, and execute work on behalf of users.
This is a 0-to-1 product role at the frontier of applied AI. You will work directly with founders, product engineers, ML teams, and early design partners to define workflows, shape product strategy, and build products as the underlying model ecosystem continues to evolve.
This role reports directly to our VP of Product.

Define product behaviour, evaluation systems, and quality frameworks that improve reliability and performance.
Use data to uncover patterns and answer key product and system questions.
Develop a deep understanding of model capabilities and system architecture to evolve our AI product portfolio.
Communicate complex concepts clearly – from system behaviour and evaluations to user experiences and business impact – across all levels of the organisation.
