Position Summary:

Reporting to the Team Lead, Solutions Consulting, we are looking for a Junior Solutions Consultant Co-op to join our Solutions Consultant team.

This is an 8-month, fixed-term position based out of our Mount Pleasant office in Vancouver, following a hybrid work model with three in-office days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learn about Trulioo’s core product offerings and how they help solve customers' technical and business requirements

• Work collaboratively with the Solutions Consulting team and Account Executives to support solutions design, evaluation, and implementation during the sales cycle

• Lead special projects such as creating a knowledge base for RFI/RFP and commercial proposals, building training materials, and new tools that enhance the team’s ability to demonstrate value

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions internally and externally

• Continuously learn and stay current on industry trends and new technologies to ensure Trulioo maintains our position as the leading trusted expert in Identity Verification

• Use AI and agentic tools to accelerate RFP/RFI responses and increase proposal win rates: complete first-pass responses with AI tools, draft and tailor answers to non-standard questions with AI, help build automations for complex RFP formats, and feed winning content back into the answer library.

What You’ll Bring

• A desire to be the bridge between technical and non-technical teams. You thrive in helping others understand complex topics

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business

• Exceptional verbal, written communication, and teamwork skills to articulate technical product specifications and product value propositions

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail

• Experience creating and sharing compelling narratives using data storytelling

• Strong organizational skills, comfortable running multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in parallel

• Technical background with familiarity in any combination of the following: JSON, RESTful API’s, SQL, and relational databases

• Approach problems as an opportunity to learn and bring in new ideas

• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to draft, edit, or automate document-heavy work, such as proposals, reports, or research
