About this role

We are looking for a Scientific Implementation Associate who is fluent in French with 0-1 years of experience to join a high-velocity implementations team at a leading R&D software company. You'll work directly with enterprise chemists, material scientists, and researchers to onboard them onto Uncountable's platform — translating their lab workflows and experimental data into a powerful system of record.

What will you be doing?

Running hands-on implementations for enterprise R&D customers — migrating their legacy data and workflows into the Uncountable platform

Interpreting and restructuring scientific datasets, making decisions about how to best represent customers' experimental paradigms

Joining and eventually leading customer meetings with scientists, technicians, and R&D stakeholders

Collaborating with senior implementation managers on large enterprise deployments or independently managing SMB accounts

Contributing field observations to product and engineering teams to shape the platform's future

Key Requirements

B.S. or integrated Master's in a STEM field (chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or related) from a top 20 university

Research experience — internships or academic research in a scientific/lab setting

Demonstrated interest in software (e.g., Python scripting, data tools, or technical software fluency)

Strong communication and customer-facing presence — you need to be someone who can sit in front of a customer confidently

Data fluency — comfort working with spreadsheets, datasets, and scientific data structures
