Summary: Leads project management activities for assigned construction and engineering projects, ensuring compliance with Air Force standards and successful project delivery. Contingent Upon Award

Key Duties:

  • Oversee project execution, monitor schedules, and manage project risks.
  • Review design documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with contractors, government staff, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and project briefings.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and maintain project documentation.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 8 years in facility project/program management).
  • Experience with government or military construction projects preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
