We invite a Full-Stack Developer to join our dream team and conquer new heights with us!
We are supporting building a scalable web platform that supports an interactive educational application for young students. The application targets WebGL, iOS, and Android. The Full-Stack Developer will own the surrounding platform, including backend services, CMS functionality, administration tools, reporting, and client integration.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the backend and API layer;
- Build a web-based CMS for managing quests, scenarios, dialogue, questions, and educational content;
- Implement user, role, access, and invite management;
- Build player progress and session persistence;
- Implement gameplay event collection and reporting pipelines;
- Develop admin and reporting interfaces;
- Support reporting by student, session, class, and content;
- Integrate backend and CMS functionality with the application client;
- Design data structures with future localization and content expansion in mind;
- Support deployment, monitoring, testing, and production stabilization;
- Work closely with client developers, designers, QA, and the project lead.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience;
- Strong backend development experience;
- Experience designing and implementing REST APIs;
- Experience with relational databases and data modelling;
- Experience building React or similar modern web applications;
- Experience with authentication, authorization, and role-based access;
- Solid understanding of cloud deployment and web application architecture;
- Experience with analytics, event-driven data, and reporting;
- Strong understanding of security and privacy principles;
- Ability to independently design pragmatic solutions within a limited budget;
- Good communication skills, at least a B2 level of English.
Experience with one or more of the following would be particularly valuable:
- CMS or content-management systems;
- Educational platforms or LMS products;
- Client-to-web backend integration;
- Reporting dashboards and data exports;
- Multi-tenant or organization/class-based systems;
- GDPR-conscious applications;
- Localization-ready content architectures.
Will be a plus:
Experience supporting WebGL or mobile application backends;
CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code experience;
Automated testing experience;
Performance monitoring and observability;
Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Kilo Code, or similar AI-assisted development workflows.
