Salary: ₹14,800 In-Hand / ₹18,500 CTC
Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring HSC/12th pass freshers for the DMI Collection Process in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls and following up on pending payments while maintaining professional communication.
KEY SKILLS
• Hindi communication skills are mandatory
• Good verbal communication and convincing skills
• Basic understanding of collection/recovery process
• Customer handling and negotiation skills
• Ability to follow up with customers professionally
• Basic computer knowledge
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
• Freshers can apply
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments
• Explain payment details and assist customers with repayment
• Follow up on assigned cases and maintain call records
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Achieve daily/weekly collection targets
