Week Off: 1 Rotational Off
Salary:
• Freshers: ₹17,000 + NAPS
• Experienced: ₹19,000 In-Hand | ₹24,000 CTC
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for energetic candidates for the InCred Personal Loan Lead Generation process. The role involves connecting with potential customers, generating leads, understanding loan requirements, and assisting with the initial process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Generate and qualify personal loan leads
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Achieve daily/monthly lead generation targets
KEY SKILLS
• Good verbal communication skills
• Convincing and interpersonal skills
• Customer handling skills
• Lead generation and sales skills
• Basic knowledge of personal loans/BFSI
• Target-oriented approach
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge
ELIGIBILITY
• HSC / Graduate candidates can apply
• Freshers are welcome
• Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, sales or BFSI is an advantage
• Candidates should be comfortable with outbound calling
