• Experienced: Up to ₹50,000 take-home
• Depends on last drawn salary and years of experience
We are looking for candidates with extremely excellent communication skills for a Soft Collections & Customer Service process.

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Customer service skills
• Soft collections / payment follow-up
• Active listening and problem-solving
• Negotiation and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle customers professionally
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
