We are looking for an experienced Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), core HR processes and AI-assisted delivery practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions
• Translate HR requirements into scalable EC configurations covering employee data, org structures and workflows
• Handle enhancements, releases, testing, data migration and production support
• Use AI copilots/GenAI tools for requirements analysis, configuration validation, documentation, testing and defect resolution
• Integrate EC with other SuccessFactors modules and enterprise systems
• Collaborate with HR, IT, payroll, data and analytics teams
• Ensure data privacy, security, SDLC and responsible AI compliance

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration & delivery
• Strong core HR processes and data model knowledge
• AI-assisted tools/copilots for delivery, analysis or documentation
• HR solution design aligned with business outcomes
• Strong stakeholder communication
GOOD TO HAVE
• SuccessFactors Time Management, Learning or People Analytics
• Data migration, integrations or HR analytics
• Change management / HR transformation
• Automation or intelligent workflows
