Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Any Loan Process
Education: Graduate / UndergraduateCTC: ₹32,500 per month
In-Hand: ₹26,800 per month
Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Work Mode: Work from Office
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for confident and customer-focused Telesales Executives to handle Gold Loan-related sales and customer interactions for a banking client.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle outbound/inbound customer calls related to Gold Loan products
• Explain loan products, eligibility, features and benefits to customers
• Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets
• Maintain accurate customer and call records
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process

• Banking, NBFC or loan process experience preferred
