WE ARE HIRING | THIRD PARTY COLLECTIONS
Location: Pune
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 Take Home
Incentives: Unlimited, based on performance
Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday + 4th Sunday
Login Timings: 5:30 PM, 8:30 PM & 1:30 AM
We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and experience in third-party collections. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customers, following up on outstanding payments, negotiating payment solutions, and achieving collection targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle third-party collection calls and customer follow-ups
Resolve payment-related queries professionally
Negotiate and secure payments as per process guidelines
Meet daily, weekly and monthly collection targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow company policies and collection procedures

Willingness to work rotational night shifts
Salary depends on last drawn salary and years of experience.
