Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support daily operations of business applications, including ERP, HRMS, Workflow, and other corporate applications.
  • Ensure business applications are stable, available, and able to support daily operations across the manufacturing site.
  • Responsibilities include daily maintenance and troubleshooting for Local systems and at least one of the below application experiences
  • Provide day-to-day support for ERP users and business processes, including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, and Supply Chain where applicable.
  • Support HRMS operations, including employee information, attendance, leave, Support workflow system, and related employee-facing applications

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise application support
  • Familiar with AP systems, including ERP, HR, workflow, and related enterprise systems
  • Experience in system maintenance & troubleshooting
  • Familiar with C#, Oracle DB, MS SQL

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading integration projects
  • Experience in independent system development, maintenance, and optimization.
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT system maintenance
  • Good communication skills in Spanish
