Position Overview
Seeking customer-focused Team Members with hospitality experience and a valid Food Handler’s Certification. Candidates with barista, restaurant, or customer service experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Food & Beverage Service- Prepare and serve beverages, ice cream, and other menu items according to company standards
- Maintain product quality, presentation, and proper portioning
- Assist with stocking and maintaining product availability
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service
- Answer questions about menu offerings and assist guests with selections
- Promote featured products and add-on sales
- Maintain clean and organized service areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members during busy service periods
Requirements
Qualifications Required:- Valid Food Handler’s Certification
- Previous hospitality, restaurant, barista, or customer service experience
- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety procedures
- Bilingual Spanish fluency
- Previous barista or café experience
- Experience in a high-volume hospitality environment
Pay Range
