Technical Product Manager, Platform

We're looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join the talented and ambitious folks on Yogi's Platform Engineering team. You will report directly to our co-founder and CTO, owning the creation of new workflows that are critical for the success of Yogi. You'll be part of a high-performing, fast-moving team with direct, hands-on impact to customers as they onboard onto our platform and as the product expands into new dataspaces and capabilities.

We're looking for someone with a specific combination of skills: workflow design, systems thinking, data modelling intuition, willingness to do grunt work when needed, and engineering leadership. As a Technical Product Manager, you'll streamline workflows to deliver value to customers fast, enable the product and company to scale as we onboard new customers and offer new capabilities, ensure teams are equipped to support customers for long-term success, and create solutions to ambiguous problems. You'll also create clear, reusable resources (guides, playbooks, and tools) that steer company operations. You'll work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Sales to accelerate deals and shape how Yogi supports customers as we grow. On this team, you would work out of our office in downtown New York City at least 4 days per week.

What You Will Do

Invent new workflows and streamline processes through scalable platform capabilities and knowledge bases to deliver high-quality value to customers, fast

Lead engineers toward product releases as we build new data integrations, data models, dashboard configurations, and data integrity flows

Carry out hands-on implementation of new capabilities as we launch with customers and train our Implementation team for go-live

Code small to medium features with AI tools

Provide technical support to Customer Success and Sales to accelerate implementations and resolve issues quickly.
