The Cloud Systems Administrator will maintain day-to-day platform stability and provide Tier 1 through Tier 3 operational support for a cloud-based enterprise platform. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues in Linux environments and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve system performance problems.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least 3 years of experience in IT, specifically with cloud-hybrid environments. A DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification and an active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph are strictly required.

Cloud Systems Administrator to support our mission-driven Cyber platform team. In this role, you’ll help sustain and optimize a cloud-based enterprise platform built with Java and Free and Open-Source Software technologies including Kubernetes, Hadoop, and Accumulo—enabling execution of data-intensive analytics on managed infrastructure. As a Cloud Systems Administrator, you will be part of the Operations Team responsible for maintaining day-to-day platform stability, supporting customer operations, and troubleshooting technical issues across complex Linux-based environments. This is an on-call position that provides Tier 1 through Tier 3 operational support.
You will work in a fast-paced technical environment where attention to detail, proactive task management, and the ability to independently diagnose operational issues are essential to mission success.
