The Member Specialist will support membership sales, renewals, and account maintenance while providing professional assistance to members in the branch. Responsibilities include performing PennDOT transactions, handling travel-related services, and referring members to additional AAA products.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass a PA State Police background clearance. Strong communication skills and a willingness to become a Notary Public are required for this role.
