The technician is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on facility mechanical, electrical, and supporting systems. They also manage work orders, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma plus trades training or certification, along with at least 3 years of experience in HVAC or mechanical systems maintenance. A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain security clearance are also required.
SUMMARY
Technician III is responsible for operating the facility including, but not limited to mechanical other supporting systems; performing structured inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on-demand services on facility mechanical equipment and other systems. The Technician III is also responsible for performing work in accordance with established processes and practices and for complying with internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection.

• Provides observations about facility, facility mechanical and electrical equipment, and systems conditions and deficiencies and provides suggestions for enhancement and repair.

This is a regular, full-time position with an hourly range of $27.79 - $34.73. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education and performance related to this role.
