About this role

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer with 3+ years of experience to help scale Triumph's consumer apps to new platforms, geographies, and millions of players. You'll join a tiny but mighty engineering team that built a top-ranked iOS app from scratch and is now hyper-scaling — meaning real ownership, real impact, and a direct path to leadership.

What will you be doing?

Modularize the Triumph SDK and UI frameworks to enable rapid publishing of multiple apps on the Triumph Platform

Rapidly build and iterate on new features to drive user engagement and LTV

Build features to scale the app internationally beyond the US

Investigate and implement cross-platform frameworks (React Native) to launch on Android

Mentor other engineers and contribute to platform-level architecture decisions

Key Requirements

3+ years building consumer iOS apps in Swift (hands-on, not just supervisory)

Experience with React Native for cross-platform (iOS + Android) development

Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate — this is an in-office role

Startup or high-growth consumer tech background (no pure Big Tech without consumer app experience)

Strong product sense — able to identify and prioritize high-impact features independently

What happens next

Skip the application pile. I get you in front of the people who decide.
