IMPORTANT SCHEDULE REQUIREMENT
THIS IS A ROTATING DuPONT SHIFT POSITION.
Employees work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts as part of Fuji's 24/7 operation. The rotation includes 7:00 AM-7:00 PM day shifts and 7:00 PM-7:00 AM night shifts, including scheduled weekends and holidays when they fall within the assigned rotation. Candidates must be able and willing to work both days and nights. The DuPont rotation also provides scheduled blocks of consecutive days off.

Fuji is looking for experienced industrial Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians who enjoy diagnosing complex equipment conditions, solving problems, and improving reliability. This is skilled industrial maintenance work in a highly automated, food-grade process environment—not residential or commercial electrical work and not a position focused only on component replacement.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will help maintain the electrical, instrumentation, controls, and automation systems that support continuous refinery and processing operations. The role partners with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and EHS to safely restore equipment, identify root causes, document work, and reduce repeat equipment issues.

This role works in an active food-grade industrial manufacturing environment and may involve indoor/outdoor work, heat, noise, stairs and ladders, elevated work areas, process equipment, oils/chemicals, and required PPE. Employees must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the position and comply with applicable respiratory, electrical-safety, LOTO, GMP, and site requirements. The position supports a 24/7 operation and requires rotating 12-hour day and night shift work.
