The Study Manager will lead mining projects from concept to feasibility, overseeing planning, budgets, and schedules while coordinating specialist consultants. They are responsible for preparing proposals, maintaining client relationships, and facilitating the handover of studies to the execution phase.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree and possess 10+ years of relevant experience in mining and mineral processing. Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) certification and at least 3 years of experience in a Study Leader role are required.
Sedgman is currently seeking a Study Manager to join the mining team in Vancouver BC. The ideal candidate will have had experience leading studies (Concept to Feasibility), overseeing the entire process from planning to report delivery.
He / She will manage client relationships, budgets, schedules and coordinate diverse specialist consultants when required (geology, environmental, etc.). The incumbent will bridge technical teams, business development and stakeholders to ensure high quality, on-time project deliverables.

Qualifications:
Salary range: $155,000 - $180,000
The salary offered to the successful person for this position will consider education, experience, relevant skills and capability, geographic location and market conditions at the time of hire.
