About Connie Health Connie Health is a fast-growing insurance brokerage on a mission to empower older Americans to make confident, worry-free decisions about their coverage. We combine AI-driven technology with knowledgeable local experts to help people select the right plans and navigate their benefits with ease. Our culture is mission-driven, collaborative, and innovative — grounded in Relationships First, Data-Driven decision making, and Accountability in delivering unbiased, high-quality guidance to every member we serve.
As we expand our product offerings, we're seeking a Life Insurance Sales Representative to help us serve clients with final expense life insurance solutions.
Role Overview
As a Life Insurance Sales Representative, you will help clients — primarily seniors and their families — secure affordable life insurance coverage designed to ease the financial burden of end-of-life expenses. Working primarily via phone with company-provided leads, you will guide clients through their options with compassion, clarity, and expertise. This role requires someone who can build trust quickly, have sensitive conversations skillfully, and consistently convert leads into issued policies while meeting compliance standards.
What You'll Do
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating final expense life insurance options, helping them make confident, informed decisions
Conduct thorough needs assessments via phone to understand each client's coverage goals, budget, and health profile
Educate clients on final expense whole life products, policy features, underwriting tiers, and coverage amounts
Match clients with the most suitable carrier and product based on their unique situation
Guide clients through the application and underwriting process with care, accuracy, and personalized support
Build meaningful relationships through empathetic, solutions-focused conversations — especially with seniors and their families
Work a consistent pipeline of company-provided leads with urgency and professionalism
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals while tracking activity and pipeline in the CRM
Stay current on state insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and compliance requirements
Accurately document all sales and service activities in the CRM system
Collaborate with managers, trainers, and team members to sharpen skills and contribute to team goals
Support additional duties and special projects as needed
Requirements
What You Bring
Active Life & Health Insurance License (required)
2–3 years of life insurance sales experience; final expense experience a strong plus
Demonstrated ability to have empathetic, trust-building conversations with senior clients
Comfort working a phone sales environment with company-provided leads
Strong technical skills and comfort using multiple systems (iOS, Salesforce, Five9, Slack preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills — clear, warm, and consultative
Bilingual a plus
Why Join Connie Health?
Base salary plus bonus — competitive total compensation
Company-provided leads — no cold prospecting required
Generous vacation policy and paid holidays
Comprehensive health insurance coverage
401(k) with company match
A collaborative, mission-driven, and innovative culture
Remote work flexibility and growth opportunities
We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
