Assists in the daily operation of the grocery department, including supervising personnel, ordering, receiving, and merchandising products. Directs store operations in the absence of senior management and ensures compliance with company safety and sanitation policies.
Requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage staff and resolve customer complaints effectively. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 80 lbs and working in varying temperature environments including freezers.
