The Youth Stabilization Specialist provides continuous supervision, emotional support, and structure to youth in a healing-centered environment. They are responsible for implementing treatment plans, managing crisis situations, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with licensing standards.
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED with three years of relevant experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree with corresponding experience. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass background checks are mandatory.
As a Youth Stabilization Specialist, you will utilize your expertise to instill hope in youth by providing daily care, guidance, and emotional support in our program. Our multidisciplinary team aims to provide healing-centered and culturally responsive treatment for youth to uphold our value of respect as we actively support each youth’s stabilization and development. You’ll help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that promotes emotional, behavioral, and social growth. Our Youth Stabilization Specialists have the capacity to navigate joy, crisis work, and facilitate life skills. Utilize your skills to see the change in the clients we serve by applying today!
