The Title Manager will lead the Land Department’s Title Team in managing title commitments, curative work, and ALTA surveys to support renewable energy project development. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in title abstracting or commercial underwriting. Additionally, at least 1 year of leadership experience and proficiency in GIS and Microsoft Office are strongly preferred.

Apex is seeking a Title Manager to manage a team of several Title Analysts and to support the development, financing, and construction of Apex’s advanced stage renewable-energy projects.
The Title Manager will be responsible for managing the Land Department’s Title Team and the Title Team’s performance of the following primary work streams: ordering, reviewing, and processing title commitments, performing title curative work, reviewing ALTA surveys, obtaining title insurance policies, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project financings. Preference will be given to candidates with past title abstracting and commercial underwriting experience, experience closing large scale commercial transactions (renewable energy transactions strongly preferred), and prior supervisory experience.
