The Program Supervisor manages the day-to-day operations and therapeutic functioning of the residential program while supervising shift staff. They ensure the physical, emotional, and treatment needs of the children are met through active leadership and collaboration with the treatment team.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree or higher in human services preferred. Professional experience working with children exhibiting emotional or behavioral challenges and a valid NYS driver's license are required.

Position Overview & Organizational Relationships: Under the supervision of the Director of Residential Services, the Program Supervisor takes a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations and therapeutic functioning of the residential program. This role actively manages the physical, emotional, and treatment needs of the children in care and serves as a vital member of the Residential Treatment Team.
