The Equipment Operator is responsible for picking, packaging, and moving warehouse inventory using equipment like electric pallet jacks and RF scanners. They must also maintain a safe, clean work environment and assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of warehouse experience and proficiency with electric pallet jacks. The role requires the ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and pass certification training.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Candidate must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this job with ability to: stand for long periods of time; ability to become certified (if operating equipment); constantly move about the warehouse; pulling/pushing a cart containing cartons; bend/stoop/kneel/crouch to handle product; regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds; the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations; and the ability to observe details at close range (within a few feed of the observer). The work environment is often noisy with honking from passing forklifts and experiences hot/cold temperature fluctuations due to outside weather.
